Return shipping is on us!
Returns do not have a set time limit, though we ask for fit or color be made in a timely manner and that items be kept in new condition with tags attached.
Due to fluctuating inventory levels, we are unable to offer direct exchanges. The most efficient way to ensure you get the item you are looking for is to return your purchase for its exchange in a timely matter. This will help guarantee you get the item, color, and size you need before we sell out.

KODENKO is unable to accept merchandise which is not received in the above specified conditions.
We guarantee everything we make. If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, return it for a repair, replacement or refund. Damage due to wear and tear will be repaired at a reasonable charge.
IN STOCK MERCHANDISE:
Goods are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, please note: orders placed on Friday afternoon and over the weekend will not be shipped until the following business day. You will receive an additional email with tracking once your order is shipped. Kodenko.com will let you know by a follow-up message if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability.
We deliver via USPS. Items ordered at the same time may not always be shipped together; your delivery charge, however, will be based on the total merchandise weight per address.
Items that are shipped back to us without proper authorization, will not be exchanged or refunded. Return freight is the customer's responsibility, unless the return/exchange is the result of defective merchandise or merchandise originally
